Welcome to Capture Julia. By booking a session, event, or purchasing services through this website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. Booking and Payment

A booking is confirmed once the client completes the booking process and submits any required payment.

Payment terms for photography services will be outlined at the time of booking. Failure to complete payment by the agreed due date may result in cancellation of services.

2. Session and Event Scheduling

Photography sessions and event coverage are scheduled for the specific date and time agreed upon during booking.

Clients are responsible for arriving on time and ensuring that all necessary access, permissions, and preparations are completed before the scheduled start time.

3. Overtime Charges for Events

For event photography bookings, coverage is provided only for the agreed-upon scheduled timeframe.

If the photographer remains at the event beyond the agreed-upon ending time, an additional charge of $20 per hour will be added for each extra hour or portion of an hour worked.

Overtime charges must be paid before final image delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule a booking at any time before the scheduled session date. No cancellation fee will be charged.

Rescheduling requests are subject to photographer availability. If the requested new date is unavailable, the booking may be treated as a cancellation.

5. Image Delivery

Final edited images will be delivered digitally through the method specified at booking.

Delivery times may vary depending on session type, workload, and event size. Estimated turnaround times are provided as a courtesy but are not guaranteed.

6. Creative Rights

The photographer retains full creative control over all sessions, including but not limited to:

• Composition

• Editing style

• Image selection

• Delivery format

• Not all images taken during a session or event will be delivered.

7. Copyright and Usage

All photographs remain the intellectual property of Capture Julia.

Clients are granted personal use rights to the delivered images unless otherwise stated in writing.

Clients may not:

• Sell the images

• Alter the images significantly

• Claim the work as their own

• Use the images for commercial purposes without written permission

The photographer reserves the right to use images for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Client Cooperation

The photographer is not responsible for missed images due to:

• Late arrivals

• Lack of cooperation from subjects

• Venue restrictions

• Weather conditions

• Other circumstances beyond reasonable control

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all participants cooperate during the scheduled session.

9. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to provide high-quality photography services, the photographer is not liable for:

• Unforeseen technical failures

• Equipment malfunction

• Loss caused by circumstances beyond control

• Delays caused by external factors

In the unlikely event that images are lost or services cannot be completed due to the photographer's fault, liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the client.

10. Website Use

All content on this website, including images, text, branding, and logos, is owned by Capture Julia and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

11. Venue Safety Requirements

For the safety of photography equipment and to ensure service quality, laser lights may not be used during any event or party while photography services are being provided.

The photographer reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without refunds if laser lighting creates a risk to equipment or safety.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• DJ laser lights

• Stage lasers

• Party projection lasers

• Any directed laser lighting effects

The client is responsible for informing venues, DJs, and event coordinators of this requirement before the event begins.

13. Artificial Intelligence Restrictions

Clients may not use, upload, modify, alter, or process any images created by Capture Julia with artificial intelligence tools or software without prior written permission.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• AI image generators

• AI editing tools

• AI enhancement software

• AI filters or manipulation services

Unauthorized AI use of delivered photographs is strictly prohibited and may result in the revocation of image usage rights.

11. Agreement to Terms

By booking services through this website, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. All copyright and creative rights remain the exclusive property of Capture Julia.
